My mother's advice for when I was feeling sad

Description

I miss my mother, she is no longer here... and her words, her gestures, her things, all come to my mind.

My mother used to say to me.
"If you are sad, think of something nice,
of something that made you happy".

Now that she's gone,
I can only think of her
and her wise words.

My mother is now gone, but her memory remains.

I often go through hard, lonely days. Days when I feel like there is no one in this world who understands me. Days when I feel that my life has no meaning and that the world is a dark place where I don't belong.

But my mother used to say to me, "If you are sad, think of something nice, of something that made you happy".

Now that she's gone, I can only think of her and her wise words. Her words are all I have left of her now. They're all that keep me going. They remind me what it means to be alive—to be happy and love freely without fear or regretting anything in the past because everything happens for a reason even if we don't understand why right away or at all sometimes!

My mother was an amazing woman who taught me the value of life by living it herself every single day by being kind

I miss my mother.

She was the kindest person I knew. She always had a smile on her face and she would tell me, "When you are feeling sad, remember something pleasant that made you happy."

I often go through hard, lonely days. But if I close my eyes and think of her, it makes me feel better.

I miss my mother.

I remember the first time she told me to think of something nice when I was sad. I was a little girl and it was raining outside, and I was sad because I couldn't go out and play in the rain. My mother said to me, "If you are sad, think of something nice, of something that made you happy". And then she kissed my forehead and gave me a hug.

And now that she's gone, all I can do is remember her and her wise words, which always made me feel better when I was sad or lonely.
