Today things didn't go as you expected? Every day is different, not all are the same. Tomorrow may be better. Give it a chance.

Not all days are the same:
Accepting that not all days are the same will give us the strength to start a new one.
No matter how bad things are, let's not forget that every day comes with a new opportunity. It may not feel as if things could get better... but they just might.

Not all days are the same
Introduction
I'm sure you've heard the phrase "every day is a new day." But when you're going through a tough time, it can be hard to remember that! After all, nothing about each day seems different from any other. You wake up and go to work or school; you eat dinner; maybe you watch some TV before bed. The next morning unfolds in much the same way as the one before... but it doesn't have to stay that way. Through my own experiences with depression and anxiety (and after watching many people suffer through them too), I've learned that there are ways to make each day feel like something special again — even if they aren't always amazing or even good days at first glance.
It's necessary to admit that each and every day will be different from the previous one. You never know what's next!
If you think about it, life is a lot like the weather. You can't predict what's going to happen next, and you can't control everything. But that doesn't mean you should stop trying. If you have goals and dreams for yourself, then keep working towards them! Just remember that sometimes there are days when things don't go as planned. It's okay if today isn't your best day ever—as long as tomorrow is better than today!
Each day comes with a new opportunity.
You can't predict what will happen next, so don't bother trying. You don't know what will happen tomorrow and probably won't have a clue in a year's time either. In 10 years' time? Forget it!
So why worry about these things? They're way too far off to be concerning yourself with now – just focus on today and then tomorrow, etcetera ad infinitum (until you die).
It may not feel as if things could get better... but they just might.
Don't give up on yourself or your goals and don't be afraid to ask for help. There are people out there who want to help you succeed and will do so if given the chance.
Don't let other people's opinions hold you back from trying new things or taking risks that can lead to great opportunities in your life. You never know where a new experience or meeting someone new will take you!
It's also important not to let others discourage you from doing what you really want to do; sometimes this can include friends, family members or even coworkers as well as strangers around town who have no idea what it's like living with depression but feel entitled enough about themselves being "normal" - whatever that means these days...
Conclusion
Not all days are the same. Some are more exciting than others, some are more challenging, and some are just plain boring. I hope that this post has helped you understand how to deal with these unique situations so they don't get you down!
