As someone who has experienced deep sadness, I know the physical pain it can bring. It's like a bone-deep ache that intensifies with the rain. But in allowing myself to feel it, I've found healing and resilience.

Sadness seeps into my bones,
a bone-deep ache that never fades,
it weighs me down with heavy tones,
a weight that no one can evade.

And when the rain begins to fall,
the ache intensifies tenfold,
it echoes through my heart and soul,
a pain that's hard to control.

But in this pain, I find release,
emotions raw and unbridled,
a heart that's shattered, yet at peace,
and slowly, the ache subsides.

For in embracing the pain I feel,
I find the strength to heal and mend,
and though it's hard, I know it's real,
this pain will pass, and joy will send.

So let the raindrops fall like tears,
for in each drop, I find release,
and through the pain, I'll persevere,
and find a sense of inner peace.
