Why is it so hard to ask for help?

Sometimes we never ask for help,
like if asking help
was something to be ashamed of.

It should be a normal thing to do,
because friends are always there for us,
and I am there for you
as you are there for me.

Let's not be so proud of ourselves
that we never go through the experience
of requesting help from those
who are around us, and for us.
