Let us give thanks to God
Today, I want to chat with you heart-to-heart, as if we were all sitting together on the living room couch, sharing a cup of coffee and talking about the important things in life.
Let's start with a simple reflection: isn't it amazing all that we have? Sometimes, in our daily hustle and bustle, we forget to look around and appreciate the small yet significant blessings. Just like our prayer goes, "Thank you for family, for friends who are light, for the laughter that echoes, for your peace, Jesus".
You know, the Bible is full of reminders to be thankful. Take a look at 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you". See? No matter the situation, there's always something to be thankful for.
And it's not just about being thankful silently. Sharing our blessings with others is part of what Jesus teaches us. Hebrews 13:16 reminds us: "But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased".
So today, I encourage you to look around. See all those blessings? The smile of a child, food on the table, the affection of a friend. All of that is reason to say, "Thank you, Lord". And then, why not extend that gratitude? A kind word, a helping hand, sharing what we have with those in need.
Let's live our gratitude not just in words, but in actions. Let's be that light in the world that so desperately needs to see God's love and kindness reflected in us.
Blessings to everyone! And remember, let's be thankful every day, let's share that love and gratitude. Let's make this world a slightly better place every day!

With each dawn, I see Your handiwork, Lord,
In the sky, on the land, in the sea, and in every flower.
But beyond nature's splendid array,
I thank You, oh God, for the people, Your greatest display.
For the family that stands by, in clear days, in cold nights,
For friends who are beacons, in joys and in life’s flights.
For those who cross my path, with words, with embraces,
For those who teach, those who love, leaving traces in spaces.
Thank You for eyes that reflect Your light,
For hands that reach out, imitating Christ’s sight.
For voices that encourage, for ears that truly hear,
For hearts that understand, for souls that persevere.
In every loved one, a reflection of Your love I see,
In every shared gesture, I feel Your warmth, Your key.
Thank You, God, for these blessings, for life’s lessons so bright,
For showing me in every face, a glimpse of Your divine light.
