sometimes we fall more
than we should,
and certainly much more
than we would like to...

But after the fall
there is an opportunity.

We can decide to get up,
we can stand up again,
we can try again,
we can refuse to give up,
we can put effort into what we do,
we can learn from our experiences,
apply the lessons we have learnt...

Yes, it is undoubtedly a glorious thing
to see that we are capable
of getting up again,
of not remaining fallen on the ground,
of not dragging ourselves through the mud,
and of moving forward in life
in spite of so many falls.
