Sometimes we are happy
with what we have,
with what we know,
and we usually say
"a bird in the hand
is worth two in the bush".

But from a comfortable position
it is difficult to achieve much more,
because when we manage
to change the most
is when we dare to go out
of what we already have,
to put our stability at stake,
& to go out on a bit of a limb.

Everyone decides
what risk to take in life,
but perhaps we should
be more daring.
