I want to be alone

Sometimes I need to be alone. I need to get away, even run away from those I love. I need that personal time, for myself.

to be able to think,
to have peace of mind,
and forget
about problems...
at least for a while.

I need to have some personal time,
I’m a woman,
I’m precious,
I deserve it.

with myself,
and no one else...

Yes, I want and desire that,
to get away from everything,
forget about everybody,
enjoy the silence,
of myself...

To cry, to laugh,
to eat candy,
to fill up with chocolate,
whatever it may take...

But I, me, alone,
myself, with just only myself...
That's the way I want to be, I need it.
