Let's not be quick to judge others, in these times of social media we make judgments about others by just watching 30 seconds videos. We are probably being manipulated, or we don't know the story behind it.

There's a reason why they're the way they are.

They aren't just like that
because they want to be.

Something in the past created them,
and sometimes it's impossible to fix.

You need to understand
and try to change
the way you think about them.

Remember,
sometimes you only know
their name, not their story.

A little image,
a few seconds of video,
a small comment,
a single action
in a given moment,
and we are all judging,
speaking either badly or well
of who we have seen
and who we are so sure
we are not wrong about.

Let's try to question more
what we see on social networks,
Instagram, TikTok,
or whatsoever it may be,
because sometimes
they manipulate us,
or do not tell us
the whole story,
or even just cut out
what does not sell,
not showing
what the whole picture,
and giving us only
what is seen at a glance
with no more insight than that.
